Filipino Food: Fully Loaded Vanity Bean Cafe Batangas Lomi

Vanity Bean Cafe's Batangas Lomi

Vanitea Bean Cafe is a cafe/restaurant which is a nice place to hangout with your friends!
They have great menu, mostly Filipino delicacies with prices raging from 75 Php to 250 Php per meal (1.30 - 4.83 USD)

My family and I went there for dinner and primarily for this noodle dish that we saw on Facebook. The place is just busy and packed with people from nearby college and university. We ordered one of their special delicacy which is the Batangas Lomi. It is refillable for only 99 Php! (1.91 USD)

Batangas Lomi is a Filipino noodle dish from the province of Batangas. Located at the Southern region of the Island of Luzon, Philippines. Topped with chicharon (deep fried pork skin), stir fried pork liver, egg, tokwa (Tofu), grilled pork bits, kikiam (fishcake), green onions, red onions, and fried garlic!

First they put a generous amount of egg noodles in a big size bowl. Then they pour a thick brownish savory pork based soup in the bowl and it has an almost gravy consistency. Lastly they topped it with all of the delicious ingredients and finishing it with a whole hard boiled egg and crispy fried garlic on top.

FoodTrip Tip:
If you're the type of person who gets full easily, order the Ordinary version of this for only 75 PHP (1.32 USD) because the serving of this noodle dish is really huge!

Perfect for any kind of season!
